At Replica Plants and Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery; if your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the artificial plants or decor items back in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
